Mitchell Rice
Mitch brings 5+ years of underwriting expertise to Elkstone Capital and is in charge of investor relations, helping the firm raise over $15M in equity since inception. His experience includes underwriting, project management, asset management, development and acquisitions. He began his career underwriting Hotel to MF conversions for PEG Companies ($3.5B AUM). After, he worked as Senior Development Analyst for the real estate arm of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was involved in underwriting and approval of 1.8M SF of warehouse space, 1000+ build-for-rent units, 500K+ SF of class A office space, and more. Mitch has helped deploy $550M into various real estate projects over his career.

Previously at Sundance Bay, Morgan managed multifamily and commercial investments, driving investor returns through expertise in market analysis and value-add strategies. His experience as a real estate agent and investor provides a hands-on perspective, maximizing property potential. Morgan's diverse experience across institutional investments and entrepreneurial ventures positions him to drive Elkstone Capital's growth in a competitive market.
